Pingan Healthcare Tech Company adopted digital diagnosis workstation for fully-employed doctors to complete patients medical requests. This process involved referring patients to other doctor(s) and selling prescribed medications.

worked with operation and compliance teams to address product features including referral, prescription, notification systems and health records.

My work helped lower referral errors and medication risk for special users and improve medication records and internal communication.

I worked with 2 researchers to complete survey studies in 5 languages targeting 18 countries and competitive analysis of global trading platforms.

Based on 5000+ valid survey feedbacks, we discovered 5 user profiles representing major regions and provided comprehensive localization strategies for entire products.

Pingan Healthcare Tech Company's Family Doctor Membership(Individual annual version) had low conversion rate after two weeks upon its launch even with generous promotion benefits.

interviewed 34 users who chose not to buy and conducted competitive analysis of major service providers.

My research found those users fell into 3 segments and thus suggested relevant operation strategies and diversification upgrades which were adopted.

通过电话回访34位未购买用户发现流失群体可划为三个不同族群并提供了相应的运营策略;再结合竞品分析为产品后续的优化提供了多样化建议(如特定用户群体/疾病主题/接诊方式等)。并且被采用在后续的产品升级中。
